process steps

We customize each Client Service Package after our preliminary meeting to create a Scope of Work specific to your needs.

  1. Preliminary Meeting: Discover the Client requests, needs, wants, timeline and budget to develop the scope of work.

  2. Initiating the Project: Complete site measure and site photos. Prepare preliminary design analysis and begin the Scope of Work required.

  3. Develop and Review: Preliminary planning ideas, recommend products and overall design direction to review with the Client and receive approvals to move to the next steps.

  4. Prepare Hardline Drawings: Create finalized drawings utilizing either CAD or manual drawing techniques as determined by the Client’s preference and budget.

  5. Design Package: Complete the Design Package of drawings and “General Contractor Scope of Work”. These documents are provided to the Client and preferred General Contractors to prepare “Project Bids”, and provide direction to bring the project to completion.

The Design Drawing Set typically includes:

    1. Existing Site drawings
    2. Demolition Plan
    3. Partition Plan
    4. Reflected Ceiling Plans and lighting specifications as needed
    5. Telephone, Electrical and Cabling plan
    6. Furniture plan
    7. Floor and Wall Finishes plan
    8. Cabinetry drawings
    9. Detail drawings of interior elevations and sections for use during pricing and construction

  6. Frequent Site Review Meetings to ensure timeliness and finishing detail expectations are met.

We manage your project with providence to ensure the project meets your goals and tastes, timelines and budget.
